UNDP donates equipment to Ministry of Health

UNDP Namibia Deputy Resident Representative Dr. Armstrong Alexis handed over a donation of supplies and equipment to MoHSS to ensure the protection of staff.
The handover took place at the COVID-19 Communications Centre, where Dr. Armstrong Alexis handed over equipment to the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MOHSS), COVID19 Emergency Operating Centre (EOC).
The donation included thermo-guns, gloves, sanitizers, disinfectants, a Television screen as well as soap. The donation will help to keep the EOC operations going and at the same time help the EOC staff to be protected from the COVID-19 pandemic in Namibia. The donation was received by the Executive Director of the Ministry of Health and Social Services, Mr Ben Nangombe.
