The UN World Food Programme Namibia in partnership with Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation
Namibia, through funding from the Africa Group Heads of Mission and Standard Bank Namibia launched an Integrated Community-Based Food Systems Project in Tsumkwe constituency, Otjozondjupa Region.
The project is intended to diversify food and maximize dietary and micronutrients intake for pregnant and lactating mothers. Embassy of Brazil in Windhoek in Namibia provided additional funding for the establishment of various horticulture and poultry production projects across the country.
