2024 Annual Results Report

The 2024 Annual Results Report marks the culmination of the United Nations Partnership Framework (2019–2024) and highlights the UN's collective achievements in advancing Namibia’s development priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In a year defined by a historic presidential election and one of the most severe droughts in recent memory, the UN in Namibia responded with resilience, innovation, and strengthened partnerships.

Guided by four strategic priorities—Economic Progression, Social Transformation, Environmental Sustainability, and Good Governance—the UN’s support has led to impactful reforms, community-driven initiatives, and stronger systems across sectors. From expanding entrepreneurship and social protection, to championing gender equality and climate action, this report showcases the results of close collaboration with the Government of Namibia, development partners, civil society, and communities.

As we transition to the new United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) 2025–2029, the UN remains committed to accelerating progress, empowering youth, and ensuring that no one is left behind.
